Our Promise To You
Because We Love Everyone And Everything On The Earth

Each piece is ethically made in the USA, sewn in small batches by skilled workers earning fair wages. We prioritize safe, respectful working conditions and local production to ensure every garment reflects the values we stand for- quality, integrity, and care.

Our clothing is free from polyester and traditional petroleum-based synthetics. We use plant-based TENCEL™ and a small amount of Creora® bio-based spandex for stretch- derived in part from renewable resources, but not yet fully plastic free and biodegradable. It's a step toward cleaner, safer clothing for your skin and the planet.

We use plant-based fabrics like TENCEL™ lyocell, ECOVERO™ viscose, and organic cotton, blended with Creora® bio-based spandex for gentle stretch. While the spandex still contains some petroleum, it’s partially derived from renewable sources—making it a better option than traditional synthetics. The result: soft, breathable, lower-impact clothing that feels as good as it is.

Making our clothing in the USA—especially in California—means higher standards across the board. Strict environmental regulations, fair labor laws, and safe working conditions ensure that every piece is made responsibly. It also reduces the carbon footprint of overseas shipping and supports local communities. When you choose USA-made, you’re choosing quality, ethics, and a cleaner planet.

I've gotten two fabric bundles over the past few years, and am very happy that Purusha has found a way to use pieces that other brands might just discard! Some might have a small hole, misaligned print, or sizing/color issue, but everything I've gotten has been perfectly wearable and for some of them, I wasn't even able to identify what the defect was even after a close inspection. Such a better way to use "imperfect" items and reduce waste in the fashion industry!

So I purchased the 5 pound fabric seconds. And just to give you an idea of what 5 pounds comes to it was a long jumpsuit a short jumpsuit a pair of shorts and a pair of pants. I think I’m gonna cut the waist bands off the shorts and the pants because they’re just about the right size for headbands. And on the Genie pants when I cut the ankles off they are perfect scrunchie. I’m also going to cut a strip to wrap around my seatbelt to make it softer. And I’ll probably use at least one of the legs of the Genie pants to make a scarf. I love knowing that these items she couldn’t sell as clothes are still being loved. I would definitely buy it again.
