You will receive 2-3 items in your mystery bag- one small item such as undies (if the undies are organic cotton- you'll get two!), a bra top, shorts, or a top of some sort, etc and one larger item such as pants, a jumpsuit, dress, skirt, or a hoodie, etc. We cannot guarantee exactly what items you will get- just that one item will be smaller in weight and one item will be bigger in weight. This offering is best for those looking to experience Purusha without expectations.
These pieces will be slightly defective in some way (small ink mark, line in fabric, pinhole, etc), were a one off of an unused design, leftover stock from a larger drop, or were used as a sample for photoshoots at one time. Some of these items, if damaged and caught earlier, were not given a print- but are plain. Duplicates, though rare, do happen from time to time. If you receive something you already own, please sell in one of the Purusha People BST pages on FB.

Every piece is crafted entirely in the USA with uncompromising attention to detail.
We knit our fabrics in Los Angeles, work with a GOTS-certified dye house, and print exclusively with water-based inks. Every design is created in collaboration with female artists, and all of our production partners are small, family-owned studios located within a 25-mile radius of downtown LA, bringing our vision to life with care and integrity.

Each piece is ethically made in the USA, sewn in small batches by skilled workers earning fair wages. We prioritize safe, respectful working conditions and local production to ensure every garment reflects the values we stand for- quality, integrity, and care.
Our clothing is free from polyester and traditional petroleum-based synthetics. We use plant-based TENCEL™ and a small amount of Creora® bio-based spandex for stretch- derived in part from renewable resources, but not yet fully plastic free and biodegradable. It's a step toward cleaner, safer clothing for your skin and the planet.
We use plant-based fabrics like TENCEL™ lyocell, ECOVERO™ viscose, and organic cotton, blended with Creora® bio-based spandex for gentle stretch. While the spandex still contains some petroleum, it’s partially derived from renewable sources—making it a better option than traditional synthetics. The result: soft, breathable, lower-impact clothing that feels as good as it is.
Making our clothing in the USA—especially in California—means higher standards across the board. Strict environmental regulations, fair labor laws, and safe working conditions ensure that every piece is made responsibly. It also reduces the carbon footprint of overseas shipping and supports local communities. When you choose USA-made, you’re choosing quality, ethics, and a cleaner planet.
